Essential Medical Staffing understands that starting a new contract assignment is like starting a new job. We work hard to provide you with necessary tools and information to make this an easy transition. We familiarize ourselves with every client facility. We have established a facility library that houses not only published documentation, but also assignment surveys that have been completed by our internal staff who have already worked at the facility.  We ask our clients for a job description and position responsibilities, so that upon your arrival to an assignment, you are aware of what is expected.  We provide you with clear and accurate directions to the facility and give you detailed information regarding parking, dining arrangements and the surrounding vicinity.

While you working on an assignment, our staffing coordinators remains in close contact with you. We strive to answer your questions, assist you in administrative matters and to support and mediate any issues that may arise.  For long term assignments, we place weekly calls to both you and the facility so that we can monitor your satisfaction and progress.  By remaining in close contact with both you and the client facility, we are positioned to address any concern, before it becomes truly problematic.
