Staffing Options

Essential Medical Staffing offers following staffing options:

Full- time opportunities – Choose to devote your schedule to filling our client’s needs by either contracting 35 to 40 hours per week or being permanently placed at a client facility and join their staff.  This option provides you with the opportunity to stabilize your schedule.

Long Term Contract Opportunities – Commit your availability from one to three months on exclusive basis to our clients.  This option eliminates assignment cancellations and helps you to have a consistent schedule throughout the duration of the contract.

Instant Confirmation opportunities – Under this program, you provide us with your availability on weekly basis. Any assignment that matches the client’s needs and your availability will be offered to you for confirmation. You will have the priority placement for the times you are available.

Per Diem opportunities – choose to accept or decline assignments as offered to you by our staffing coordinators on daily basis.
