To ensure quality of performance on the part of our personnel and to keep communication lines open, Essential Medical Staffing, Inc. assigns a Staffing Coordinator to each client. The Staffing Coordinator acquaints her/himself with the supplemental staffing needs and job requirements of the facility. An Essential Medical Staffing business representative will make visits upon request by the facility. At Essential Medical Staffing, Inc. we emphasize the importance of how our professional personnel are selected. Our guidelines and criteria for selecting staff usually exceed that of the client. A professional profile is kept as part of the clinician’s profile and it includes following: Skills Check - Each E.M.S. employee has a file that contains a list of skills relevant to the professional’s area of expertise. This file gets updated periodically on an as needed basis.

Reference / Background Checks - We conduct extensive reference verifications on all of our prospective employees. This check requires at least two professional and one personal reference
- Each prospective employee undergoes a criminal background check, as well as drug and alcohol screening
